We want you to love your Indo-Western pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your garment must be in the exact condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Charges Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final approved refund amount.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. Given the delicate nature of pure fabrics and hand-crafted detailing, contact us immediately if the garment is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package as proof of damage or incorrect delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on custom products, including made-to-measure outfits, personalized designs, or garments with custom alterations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific piece.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance merchandise, or gift cards.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit and style. To request an exchange, you must contact us directly at ethhbloom@gmail.com. Once your exchange is approved and your original garment is received and inspected, we will process and ship your new outfit at no additional shipping cost.

Refunds We will notify you once our team has received and inspected your returned garment, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
